I can make few in one other color, like deep red, but it's not gonna last as long as white, red inks are difficult to cure and generally require a white base, which I'm not gonna do for a one-off project, if you take care of it and wash it cold, etc it will likely last few years but the way inks are made you want a high quality white base on any dark color shirt to make the inks pop (look brighter) and also it will last much longer, likely outlast the shirt.
And to explain why I really don't want to bother with individual color changes I wrote something up on BookFace in reply to "Color options?"
Let me explain the "ink options": I HAVE IT ALL, like seriously, you want hot neon pink sparkle? I HAZ IT! Want Neon Green? Gold metallic? Chrome foil? I either have it on the shelf, can make or order ANYTHING, except time.... and glow in the dark ink, ran out recently and it's $400/gallon, not happening unless someone wants to pay for it.
TIME is the biggest problem, let's say I had a run of 50 hoodies, front, back, both sleeves, it's already a complicated process because sweatshirts are harder to print, some have zippers, which are more difficult, and then we have sleeves, slowest part of the job, IF they were all the same it would probably take me most of the day and I would get paid about $400 to run the job, it's a job because it's what I do for a living, got shop, clients and healthy rent payment every month. Here's some of my work: https://vansonleathers.com/73-tees-and-sweats
What we have now is more than simple "job", I got to separate orders and figure out who gets what, all different options for prints, probably gonna take couple days to sort, print and ship, possibly more than that...
Now we add ink option, which means I have to wash screens for every color change, make sure it's the right color for each order, etc, it may take 30-45 minutes to make one hoodie, times 50... now I have a 40 hour week filled with same job that I was gonna do basically at cost.
Just for comparison, if we eliminate sleeve prints and make it a tee shirt I can run 1000 or more shirts in a day, black with white ink and printed both sides.... or 50 hoodies with zippers and sleeve prints.
