Yeah, why?

I listen to... well, everything.
I'm a perpetual insomniac who works on a computer constantly and I always have music and a movie going at the same time, while I work. So, I get bored of music quickly and must constantly find new music, even if it is terrible.

Is there something wrong with CocoRosie?
The only disc I have is Grey Oceans, it's interesting.

Back when I was the classical music buyer at a record store, I used to get lots of comfree CDs, tix to concerts. I met the guys in the LA 4tet once. Super super cool guys. Down to earth, humble, and loves all kinds of music. Also quietly bitched about classical music snobs. Great guys, excellent guitarists.

My wife turned me on to those guys as my F-I-L is a classical guitarist. Very good stuff.

I'm a complete classical music lover, but yeah, the snobs leave much to be desired.

Crazy. didn't read your comment above the embed. And when I watched it, I thought I recognized him. Then I heard him, and thought, this cat sound's like a cross between Tom Waits and the singer for Demented Are Go. Hhis voice has taken on a warmer tone since the Day. Good. And a good tune.

I know I've posted it before, a couple months ago, but it was on Beavis and Butthead... so a delightful re-post.

This song is great, he is playing at Beta tomorrow night in Denver. If I had a spare $800 I'd do bottle service for this show and invite local ootmics. (It's the only way to get tickets now as all of the others a sold out.) Alas... some other time.
