Because the board got shutdown again because of a load of database, I had to fettle with the settings again.
As part of that, the server no longer stores what topics you have or haven't read.
IT IS STILL RECORDED!
But now, that information lives in a delicious cookie, rather than the forum database.

Upside: this should reduce the load of database.
Downside: if you use multiple devices to access the board, or you reject delicious cookies, you won't always have that information cookie. But the New Posts feature should take care of that.

Listen you slope-shouldered monkeys... nut up and send out them tunes.

I'm about to have double hernia surgery soon, and I expect to find some kickass tunes in my mailbox to cheer up my "can't ride your bike for at least a coupla weeks" nightmare.

Sooner than later.

OK, I'm gonna bail out Merlyn and take over the October disk, and he can have my June.

PMed him, but he seems to be really busy--no big. It'll give me something to do while I'm avoiding all that Black Friday post T'giving shopping orgy. Gimme a coupla weeks, and get ready for some good hard rockandfuckingroll, as well as some bizarrewhatthefuckisthisshit.

Hope everyone's cool wid dat.

Allrighty- I'll send out what I got by June- even my slacking ass should have it done by then :: grin ::

Sorry everyone.

No worries Merlyn. Feckin' i-Tunes won't burn CDs for me anymore so I've got to resort to some foul Windoze software. I'll get her done by December.

No sorrys. But look on the bright side, since you're gonna be the last one, you won't have to worry about getting one-upped by any other disks (that is if all the good songs aren't already taken) :P

Huzzah!

Very happy with your CD Shhted. Very nicely presented, and what better subject for midwinter. Great compilation. I could seriously get snarling, drooling, baying at the moon shithammered right now. Not that the CD is exerting mind control, but it sure fits my mood.

Thanks!
