Forest Service holding public meeting Aug. 22 in Bridgewater, Va.
The U.S. Forest Service has released the draft environmental assessment for the North Shenandoah Mountain Project, starting a 30-day comment period ending Sept. 14, and announced an Aug. 22 public meeting in Bridgewater, Va., to discuss the document.
Portions of the Shenandoah 500 route, one of the events in the AMA National Dual Sport Series, and the Rocky Run four-wheel-drive and ATV area, are within the project boundaries. The assessment includes the decommissioning of 100 miles to 200 miles of forest roads.
The project proposes forest restoration actions on roughly 9,400 acres of the 128,000-acre planning area on the George Washington National Forest in Rockingham County, Va., and Pendleton County, W. Va. The project goal is to create the forest landscape conditions described in the 2014 George Washington National Forest Land and Resource Management Plan.
A description of the transportation system on page 24 of the EA describes recommended decommissioning of between 100 miles and 200 miles of forest roads, and Appendix 3, the roads proposal, begins on page 173 of the EA.

The Forest Service requests that comments be substantive and specific, providing suggested improvements to the document by section or page, with explanations. Only those submitting comments now will be eligible to file an objection to the final plan.

I can even set it to delete the cookies only when I close the whole browser window, which is helpful with online stores.
And I can whitelist sites like the board, so the plugin doesn't mess with those cookies at all.
And you must use the same browser, on the same machine. Unless you're using something like a cookie manager that syncs to all your devices and things, your apple browser on your ipad won't have the delicious cookies chrome has on your PC. And unless google now manages cookies between your devices (who knows what the fuck they do), even chrome on your Android won't have the same cookies as chrome on your notebook, or chrome on your other Android.
