im looking for a moped scooter (49 cc) that nobody wants anymore.
ide prefer it free, seeing as i have only 60 dollars a month available to me for now, but if purchasing (or borrowing) is a necessity, im sure ~something~ could be worked out.

And unless google now manages cookies between your devices (who knows what the fuck they do), even chrome on your Android won't have the same cookies as chrome on your notebook, or chrome on your other Android.

In Washington, the DMV says that if it is 49cc's or less, it is a moped, whether it has pedals or not.
Also, if that is it's engine size, a motorcycle endorsement is not nessesary, just a drivers licence.
