Interesting rework of the steering and suspension.
There's a guy I've met a few times who turned his Bandit into a hack so he could continue riding after injuries made it impossible for him to ride it in it's natural configuration. It had a big car front wheel too. Pretty jangleplatz!
This could be something like that. Or the product of a sick sick mind.
