I really dig this guys vids. He just seems to have so much fun and never take it over seriously, yet still not being stupid with the things he makes.

Didn't he also build the circular-saw-gun? I just looked at his channel, all I could find in a hurry was a slingshot that shoots machetes.
This fella is one of the inspired madmen I generally admire. The idea of the oreo-separating pump-gun is downright sublime!
Though those blade-shooting devices probably violate German laws, or so I suspect.
Even if they don't, the impressum on his website isn't clearly marked as such, which I know violates German laws.
Chap likes living dangerously, and in the face of the authorities, too. That, and his inventiveness and the evidently pretty good craftsmanship aren't things I'd have expected from someone with an MA in business administration. Respect!

And, no, we haven't made fun against the law. Only things that are fun. You can have as much fun as you like, as long as you're not doing anything to have fun.
As long as you're having fun without doing anything, there's no legal trouble, they'll just commit you to a mental institution. I mean, they'd have to, really. You're having fun without doing anything, you experience fun for no reason, you just gotta be mental, right?
