When I was about 12 years old, I had a friend who pulled a stunt like that. The people at the casualty ward estimated his speed at around 80 km/h while removing the gravel from his face with the old wire brush (the no-anaesthetic version).
And the funny thing is, he did it on his way to visit a friend...who just happened to come the opposite way, the evasive action was what led to the fall.

Haha.. I like how the leading kid has his knee down... his knee would be a knub if they were moving.
