This is really fascinating. I already knew some of these (PEBCAK) but found a lot of these interesting.

A whole lot of things make a whole lot of more sense now, all of a sudden.

Bartender: If you want a customer to think your pouring them a stiff drink just raise the bottle higher over the glass as you pour, your still using the same pour count but because the bottle is now 2 feet over the glass it looks like a lot more

Security Guard: In a club if you have had 2 guys fighting and you want to kick them out dont say "i think you better leave" you say "mate lets go outside so you can tell me what happened" when you have them outside they arent getting back in, but atleast by then if they wanna start something its not in the middle of the dancefloor.
